now i nead info ;(

it looks like cam timing is lost and i dont know maybe fire time is bad to

so first i turn engine til TOP DEAD CENTER (TDC) on mark T I F on red mark :)
then i fixs ex cam ,then zi5 mark on cam , then valve cover, tensioner installed .

after is still not working and does not accept the throttle

maybe is chain was over jumped , but if i loosed cams and i readjusted them. its should work.

new coils. carburetor is clean. compression is its poping of finger .and still 4 cylinder is not hot like other 1.2.3.

Alright, let's start with cam timing since that is a question. (The tensioner housing was broken and repaired somewhere near the beginning of this thread.)

Check the timing again, like on the drawing you posted from my website. (I'll repost it.) In order for the camshaft marks to line up, you must press down on the chain in the middle, like the drawing shows. But make sure the tensioner cap is off and the crosswedge is loose before doing that. Try to post some photos so we can confirm.

The cam timing looks good, as long as the pin count is correct.

And yes, the arrow on the #8 cap should point forward like the other caps.

So it is definitely #4 cylinder not working. Did you double-check the valve clearance while you had the cover off? What were the clearances?
It would be best to rule out the engine before moving to the carbs (ignition coils already replaced).
So you may have to get a compression tester.

Make sure you have the right plugs (not familiar with your year) ..... and the gap looks to be too wide on the 1 and 2 plugs then too tight on the 3 and 4.

Those are the correct plugs but they should be replaced.

There are many guides for checking valve clearance. The most recent:
www.kzrider.com/forum/2-engine/602260-ho...earance?limitstart=0

You need feeler gauges.

On plug #3, is the ground electrode contacting the center electrode? If so, that is your dead cylinder.
