The fuel level is measured in relation to the bottom edge of the carburetor body.
The factory manual shows a drawing & it should be 3.0mm +/- 1.0mm below the carb body.

Also, why in the world can I feel the electricity going through my plug wires. I put my finger on each one to push them down on the the plugs well and I could feel the pulse in each one. Normal? Lol.

Also looking at where my plug wires connect just before the plug I found this on number 3.
