The cylinders, carbs, etc are numbered 1-2-3-4 ... left-to-right ... sitting on the bike.
1-4 spark plug wires -->> right side coil -->> red/black igniter leads
2-3 spark plug wires -->> left side coil -->> red/green igniter leads.
My coils have + & - embossed on them, as illustrated in the manual. It says to connect the red igniter leads to + and the green & black leads to - .

This is weird but I am pretty sure when I swap my right hand side plugs (1&4) my bike runs the exact same. I will take a video later as evidence lol. Any who I got the stuff to sync my carbs and check fuel level in the bowls. As far as syncing the carbs go do I screw the screws down then back them out 2 turns then just sync them up?

Ok, do I got plugs and everything right. Is thee a good how to on how to adjust valves. I think one of my valves is loose because I hear a ticking sound and someone told me it just needed to be adjusted.

There is a great "how to" on adjusting valves in the Kawasaki Service Manual. It goes into great detail and gives photos that help make everything clear. Ed

Also, make sure the spark plugs are correct & gapped.
NGK B7ES or ND W22ES-U ... gap = ~0.7 - 0.8 mm ... tightening torque = 20 ft/lbs
