This is what I'm getting.

I tried posted a video but I don't think it worked. Ed the fuel was turned to on. I got it to start by playing with the idle screw. But now if I give it any throttle it dies. Same with pushing the choke in.

BUT! On a happy note it is no longer dumping fuel everywhere. Thanks again guys for all the help on that. Hopefully someone can help me figure this out and I can have the bike on the road in no time.

Try checking for vacuum leaks in your carb boots. If it will idle spray carb spray at the boots and listen for a change in idle. If you hear a change you have a vacuum leak

A little off subject but what is the bike supposed to idle at with choke on and idle with choke off and warm? Sorry I just think when I was messing with the idle screw I might have messed it up and that may be why it's running bad. Or would that even make sense.

When warmed up and with the choke off it should idle between 950 - 1050 rpm. Ed

Ok thank you. I'm gonna play with the idle screw and check for vacuum leaks when I get home.

Ok guys, after struggling to get the bike started (I found it best to let it prime for a second then turn it on) idle was bouncing between like 4000 and 5000 rpms as I played with the idle control. Still couldn't make it run without the choke. Spraying carb spray on the little rubber things on the motor I found that all but one I believe increased idle greatly. Do they make replacement ones or is there something I should do?

Z1 enterprises will probably have replacements. Fixing the vacuum leaks should keep the rpms lower and allow it to come off choke. When removing the old holders make sure to soak them in kroil or some sort of penetrating oil for a couple days prior to attempting torremove them. Also make sure you aren't trying to remove the screws with phillips head screwdrivers. They are JIS screws and a Phillips screwdriver will strip them. 650ed has a page that can show you how to make them for free if you don't own any JIS screwdrivers.
