Well, getting engine put together.

Set 1 and 4 to top dead center mark on advancer..
I pulled chain tight around crank.
slipped in cams and lined up marks
Set chain / sprocket at 28th pin on chain
Its kinda hard to put cam caps on due to cam lobe pressing on bucket. I guess this should happen.

All went pretty easy. I then went to rotate engine forewards and it is bound up. The engine will spin backwards but is stiff and made a clicking sound off and on????

I cant seem to figure it out.

DUMB-AZZ spence did something that caused it ........ Can you tell me what it was?

I will be taking your guesses on what was wrong until 9pm eastern time tonight.

If no correct guess by 9pm, I will spill the beans.

The correct guess will get $10.00 via PayPal from me.

Has to be what it was, not almost what it was.........

First thing I thought of too but I'm guessing the motor is out of the bike so engine would still turn over.

Probably has something to do with the blood moon....or....

Did you have the transformation synch gear cog installed and timed to the frequency transducer? Is the rubber band too tight around the sonic blast generator?

That's what I would check first.
