cam chain slipped off the crank (to one side) ......clicking is from the cam chain pins on the crank sprocket teeth :S

the tensioner needs to be installed and snugged before rotating the engine over.

too long of a bolt in the ignition housing ......rubbing crank

it can happen, the top rear points cover hole is taped through the case.
