Ya, the pan head screw was some what stripped out on top. I had these nice new allen head screws. Never knew it would cause a problem.

Sent my head to Larry to get worked over.

Cleaned, bead blasted and painted entire engine.

Put on a Wego III air fuel meter for tuning.

Installed APE studs and nuts.

Installed Oil Pan starvation gate.

Removed kick starter and installed a block off plate.

Went to 530 from 630

Other than that, nothing.

Did u drill out ur oil passages in your jug? I didn't before but since I have it apart I got to measuring the dia of the studs and the dia of the whole as zed1015 talked about before, and the casting really do taper a lot to the center. I drilled mine out this time around. There wasn't much room for the oil before so it really had to be restricting a lot of oil to the head. I just took the biggest drill bit that would slide thru there and measured from that. But I cant remember the exact measurements, but I had to drop at least two bit sizes to go thru from the mating surface compared to the center.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationYa I wanted to also. but I wanted to get a solid bar to go from oil port to port on the head instead of running two separate lines. Heres where they talk about the studs.

Heres a pic of the aluminum bars I was talking about. Don't really want the red, but I would just paint them.
