It is an HX25, non-wastegated. It was one I built for a project that never got off the ground. I fear if I keep the turbo, I am afraid I'll use it on my KZ project!! :woohoo:

But then I am going to have to do a blow through system because it is freakin' cool.....and that will take more time to finish the bike......and I'll end up probable killing myself in the process... :P

I finished running your breathing lines. The one variable I put in had to be fudged, because without testing, I can't be precise. I gave you a system (Think head ports, intake system, dynamic compression, etc...) volumetric efficiency of 70%. This is based on a number of engines I have done that were spark ignited. You have a very short runner, and figuring you will use a later J head, I think the best you would do on the combo would be 77%. With that being said, and using a ambient temp of 76 F and at sea level (14.7 PSIA) the breathing lines layout with these point of running RPM.

1800rpm = 1.834 lbs/min or 24 cfm (corrected for the above factors)
3000rpm = 3.057 lbs/min or 41 cfm
4200rpm = 4.279 lbs/min or 58 cfm
5500rpm = 5.604 lbs/min or 76 cfm
6500rpm = 6.623 lbs/min or 89 cfm
7500rpm = 7.642 lbs/min or 103 cfm
8500rpm = 8.661 lbs/min or 117 cfm
9500rpm = 9.679 lbs/min or 131 cfm
10500rpm = 10.698 lbs/min or 145 cfm

I selected some of these rpm points as they may be common operating points. Holset uses Holset Flow Parameter, but I provided it in CFM as the majority of aftermarket turbos commonly provide compressor maps in that format.

What you need is a GPz750. Then add a front mounted turbo, fuel injection, upgrade the engine internals....no, wait....Kawasaki already did that :laugh:

a while back on www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/Turbos.html I pondered upon a saying. I can't remember where it was this saying that I found was, but it was funny I remember that.
"the harder she blows the faster she goes"
but now all this jibberish and I don't see one finished bit of work. sounds like a bunch of talk to me.
