I have a different bike, so my procedure is different, but if you look through your manual you will find it for sure. You could also use the search fundtion and try to look it up, OMR has posted the page in question many times.

Same here I have the later chain type of bikes/ info. Have a search this image has been posted like crazy, or 1 of the guys might add it to your thread if you wait. The info would be in your pdf manual, although the pictures might not be real clear.
I sometimes search for stuff with Google, and the link goes back to KZR.

EDIT: Here go to this thread and see if it helps.

Probably marked the last time it was assembled. It won't line up with anything now, due to the links in the chain and sprocket sizes, it may take quite a few revolutions to be lined up with where it was then. You need to concentrate on finding the marks on the sprockets and crankshaft. When you put the Crankshaft on TDC, the "T" mark, do you see any of your sprocket marks? If not turn it around again, 360 degrees and see if you can find the cam sprocket marks. The #1 cylinder, the left one, should have both cam lobes facing away from each other, 1 toward the front Ex cam, the other to the rear In cam.
While on the "T", crankshaft mark on advancer, is your valve clearance loose? If the valves were to be bent they would have a lot of clearance. Still on the "T" mark, is the timing chain loose? Pull up on it and see how far it will move, apply a small amount of lifting force, should only show a small, 1/4" maybe of play.

Thats correct the "T" is TDC and the other marks next to it the 1&4 is right where you need to be to start checking things. Timing is at least close if both lobes are facing away from each other.
Sorry got to run to Denver.
