do you have the output shaft installed?
install sprocket on output shaft and run straightedge from outside of rear sprocket to countershaft sprocket and measure differance.

which part of the level is laying on rear hub?

if the straightedge is on rear hub without sprocket then you need to measure engine side of countershaft sprocket from same edge to figure your offset

heres the scoop.....i have the straight edge outside on the center of the rear sprocket hub bolts, (where the center of the rear sprocket will be.)

and if i take a measurement from the center of the stock front sprocket to the straight edge outside, (the line of the center of the rear sprocket,) it measures 7/8" center to center.

photos comming.....

here.....the inside of the straight edge is flush againt both sides of the side of the tire, and the outside is about where the center of the rear sprocket will go.....

now this may be a lil off, but its the basic idea of how far out i am for the offset..... center of stock sprocket to center line, (outside straight edge).

do you have a rear sprocket you can mount on the wheel to get more exact measurement?
that tire being a 1/16" off top/bottem of that rim can really add up over 25"-30" to that counter sprocket

yeah i got my stock kz one, but i dont know if the sprocket bolt holes line up. and to pull the wheel off and put it back on is a biatch. i think i will order my zx7r rear sprocket. what should i look for? a 530 41 tooth zx7r rear sprocket? then i can know for sure what i need for my front.
