i called pmf. the gentleman told me to put a straight edge on both sides of my rear tire. then measure the distance between. came out to 7-1/8" then he had me measure from the side of the tire to the inside mount of the sprocket hub. it came out to 1". he told me unless i move my tire to the right, the chain will hit the frame. i explained that the frame has been spread to accomidate the wider swingarm.

with the 7-1/8" and 1" measurement he came up with 7/8" offset.

well i took the front sprocket off. i tied a 1/4" rope to the end of the front sprocket housing. ran it back and wrapped around the center of the rear sprocket hub. i also used a straight edge to make sure the rope was straight. once again, not the most acurate, but i came up with a 5/8" diff. from center of sprocket teeth to rope. seems like i need to buy my rear sprocket and a chain to find out exactly....unless one of you has a secret?

you are campin out rubbin sticks together to make fire!
you need that rear sprocket for the zx wheel before you try to figure out what front offset you need.until you get the rear sprocket you are wasting time.
my opinion fwiw,:)

it will prollly work, you can try and send it back if it doesn't.
plus it looks like it may be a little offset one way or the other so that may help later to line up your sprockets.

If I recall the first two numbers are link length and width in 1/8th's of an inch. So a 530 would be 5/8"Lx3/8"W, a 630 would be 3/4"Lx3/8"W, I think.....maybe...I don't know....
