Wow, it's hard to fathom that the aluminum bits puked up all the way to the carburetor. Is that air filter hosed as well?

Do what you like. If it were me, I'd replace the needle, pilot and quite possibly the needle jet in #4 carb.

Wiring panel & harness... Still have some final heat shrink tubing and tie wraps to complete but not until all electrical/running up to specs.... Later... Basic electrical operations such as Headlights, speedo/tach indicators, horn, turn signals w/LED relay, tail lights, break lights all operational.

Left handle bar switch is interesting concept.... :blink: :woohoo:
Switch to "H"... = Left Turn
Switch to "L"... = Right Turn
Kill... = Horn

Are you sure those handle bars don't require a .77295" width kill switch housing :silly:

That was a bad day all the way around! LONG way from home, missed a shift. I rode that thing almost 100 mile before it let totally go and I was pushing it hard. I knew I wasnt going to save much if anything so I stayed in it.
I run rev limiters and good springs now, WAY cheaper. :laugh:

In the photo, is that metal particles on a pilot jet?

If so, wondering how the particles got to that location.

Good Fortune! :)
