Holy shit Dave... are you that thick?

You make simple cardboard pattern before you tear the motor apart. You poke holes in the pattern where the bolts go... Take one out... put it in the pattern. Not guess work later on. You don't need to measure every f'kn bolt to figure out where it goes...

I guess I'll have to print instructions on how to "easily" open the box your head gets shipped back to you in or you'll be analyzing it and measuring it for a week :woohoo: Better ask your wife in advance if it's OK to use a sharp tool for a few minutes. I know she usually keeps that stuff locked up on you :laugh: Never mind, I'll call her and explain it before you f'k that up too.

"Hi Kelly.... how are you today... Time to get ready with the band-aids again... Yep, he's going to need to use razor knife... What's that? ...Yep, you're right, it would be best if you open the box. "

It's true...teaching an old dog new tricks is difficult.... but dam buddy... you boarder on impossible sometimes ;)

BTW... Your bike is looking pretty good.... Cheerio Pip Pip --- how's that Woodrow B)

Are you sure you have your 1-2 and 2-3 shift forks in the right positions... they're identical...figure that one out :whistle:

OK... 'nuff of this nonsense..got stuff to get accomplished...call me tonight again and I'll insult you personally :kiss: :kiss: :kiss: :kiss: :kiss:

Hmmm, Well there numb-nuts how do you truly know on a 30 year old KZ if the PO had the right size bolts installed :unsure: ... You don't know do you.... ;) :laugh:

Same time, most of the bolts are the same size with a few different sized lengths, you group them in the same size so all you really have to do is measure one from each group size then visually match the others.... it's truly not that difficult, well for us in AZ anyways, can't say for you Virginians.... :pinch: :whistle:

Left handle bar will hold small control for turn and horn only, only others on the gauge cluster.

Still searching for what I have in mind but this is an example where this unit only measures ~ 1" wide.... Nice and narrow.... ;)

Kill = Horn
HD Light center contact "L" is common 12Vdc input.
"H" = Left turn
"." = Right Turn

I know, GAY right?... :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Not that I didn't like them Mark.... :) but I'm looking for slim as possible no more then an inch.
Maybe next build... B)

Some lighter images...

Don't mind the middle starter switch.... The Vdc Gauge mount will be cover/securing the switch in place.
