OMR is a true KZ'er! Notice he is using Eddie Lawson's secret formula thread lock. The rest of us novices just use generic Loc-tite. By the way, putting 2 nuts on one stud = putting one nut on 2 studs. Forgive me OMR, I've been drinking. :laugh: (makes me even dopier than usual)

Cardboard patterns don't work when you're replacing everything haha. Thats what I had to do, calipers out and a big bag of SS bolts.

Dave - I was curious what cables you have to get for that throttle - I was looking at the same one. Did you have to order custom cables?

so if i pull my bike apart and strip the old nasty paint off my shit will polish up as well as this?

DD, same cables I already have but you can get this throttle w/cables @ Dynoman and APE...
For the throttle in my image, I had to place an order with Z1 where they found/ordered this through their distributor license with Motion Pro... Thanks Chris!

I have enough issues with damn engine cases :pinch: so I had printed out on 11x17 paper all the bolt sizes for the engine cases and side covers... If any of the 30 year old bolts where stripped, trash them...

Side cover Phillip Head Bolts, Oh HELL NO, hate them sonsabitches.... SS Allen Heads bolts...

Presently I have Black gauge covers with chrome bottom covers but they seem to clash with the headlights (black bodies with chrome rings). With the new covers, Chrome rings/black bodies should nail it!
