Update: Front Brake Mushy Problem Resolved!
As some of you may know, I have been having a hell of a time with bleed and front brake going mushy in just rolling the tire a foot or so.....
Well finally got off my ass, removed the fender, jacked the front end up and while looking over the caliper I was surprised  where the rotors where warped!![ ](/media/kunena/emoticons/20.png)
I'm not talking slightly either I mean WARPED ~ 3/8" in spots... PO must have been riding the hell out of those front brakes...
Well guess what.... New EBC rotors... :pinch: Ouch, right in the arse once again....
Ah well, had to do it.... Rotors installed, brakes bleed and she's holding pressure now even in rolling the tire...![:) :)](/media/kunena/emoticons/8.png)
While at it, I fabbed up a bracket for my front Digital Speedo sensor...
All in all, was a good day... 30 day permit this weekend for emissions and 50 miler, then bring her home, drain the oil, replenish with a new filter, torque the head, check/adjust the lobe centers, torque every bolt to spec on the bike and go for a long 200 mile trip....
The end of the tunnel is hear.... Just some minor tweaks here and there, jetting adjustments, Oh yeah, new integrated LED mirrors on the way and she's all done...
I'll post some final/completed images later on...

that is really somthing...i am struck by the retention of the original lines, and the golds and bronze colors compliment each other as well as the black colors,,,the euro wacky ones are a machine workers wet dreams but can tend to loose the kz look and become almost harley/arlen ness like.....i dig it dave...nice pics too
