Like the offset headlight on the fairing. Can't wait to see it after it is painted. Does this mean no more naked look?

Where did you get or where can you get the headlight mount that you have on the original version of your bike. I am changing the look of my stock '78 KZ650 and like the look of your headlight mount.

Inspirational stuff you have there. Where in SoCal might I accidentally see this bike? ;) Anywhere near LAX?

The headlight mounts are Tomasselli, can't remember where I bought them it's been years. I googled them real quick and found some for sale here (I'm sure there are other places): www.bevelheaven.com/stuff-for-sale-bars-index.htm
You want the 35mm ones. It will be tight but can be wrestled onto 36mm forks with some WD40.
I've always wanted to put a half fairing on this bike. No more naked look - at least for a while.
I'm out of San Diego. Recovering from knee surgery right now, will have to get back to the bike soon as I can walk again. I'll be around...

I downloaded their software and went to town.

Mark,
I suppose you could if you measured everything correctly. However, if I were to use a modern floating disc it would be easier (and much more cost effective) to pick one up that has a center and machine an adapter plate, like dgfischer does.

I'm sure your right. 1 thing for sure. when u get the custom carrier made, there wont be anything COOLER than that.:B) Good luck, shes going to be sweet.

So here's the pipe I bought a few years bike, supposedly in good condition with a few pinholes near the muffler.
From what I can gather in mark1122's "header pics" thread it is a Wolf pipe.

I only bought this pipe for the shape of the primaries; nice, soft bends. Good thing, because when I got received it turned out to be a piece of shit. I ended up cutting the primaries of and tossing the rest:

I still get pissed when I think about it. Pinholes my ass.

I just had ACL reconstruction surgery done, it's been 3 weeks now. Hobble hobble.

Finally got back to the header project last month. Picked up a Kerker race tail pipe.
