Thanks man. No I didn't make a jig, free handed the bends, tacked the brace on the arm then checked it on the bike for chain clearance before final welding. All my pics are in this thread.
I think Leon (blackbanshee531) did a very nice under braced arm for another member and posted some good pics on this forum. I don't know if he jigged it. Rob (rstnick) has a nice under brace on his KZ650.

I did a under brace on my LTD swingarm.
