Thanks for posting the video. That pipe sounds perfect! I really think that exhaust is on of those cases where form follows function. Looks good, sounds good. We just discovered the form before the function. I think that the 4 into 1 sound is one of the KZ's most redeeming qualities. I know that seeing a video of jeffasaki's bike on youtube is one the things that got me motivated to put mine back together. Hope your knee feels better. I know that I would be dying to ride that bike. You are going to have to answer a lot of questions when you show up to a biker hangout on that thing.

Wholly crapola... That just sounds so wickedly sweet....
Music to the ears....

Have you had any chance to ride it based on previous mentioning of mid range flat spot (due to exhaust)?

Well done Dutch!... Seriously speaking, awesome...

Thanks guys, pipe does sound good, it growls! It sounds tinnier on the video than it does in real life. It's loud but not obnoxious - and less loud than my Yosh with no baffle. I'll take another outside that may help with the quality.

No ride yet OMR, hopefully soon!

You are spot on with the sound Testarossa these old 8 valve motors do have a great sound about them! I always remember the Goose scene in Mad Max where he peels out... That's a 4-2 but man...

must be a common injury, i popped my knee twice in two years, second time may have partially torn acl, still waiting to hear. Once it happens once its that much easier for it to happen again.

I love the bike Dutchz, probably one of my favorites on here and the pipe sounds great!

 I knew I was gonna catch some flak from you. I would really like to make the VM29s work if I can, they just look so right on the bike. I had the air screws out a bit too far and the filters were off too, I can dial out the popping. May put in one size larger pilots. I did check the mains they are 127.5. I may try the 1.2 air correctors if Sudco has them, it didn't like the 1.5s up top. I think it has 0.9 or 1.0 fitted currently. I wanna throw it on the Dyno though before changing the jetting a lot... apples for apples.

We roughed out the left caliper hanger last night. Crappy cell phone pic:

And just for Leon, some even smaller a$$ tubing

This should keep the plate from flapping around at 90mph.

Yeah that was some fiddly stuff with all those small tubes. I also put an extra brace on the headlight side on the bracket. This is what it looks like off the bike:
