Excellent! It's good to see that you and your bike are back on the road. I couldn't think of a better way to break your bike in than riding up the coast to a motoGP race. Congrats.

No kidding man... Felt completely awesome to be back on the bike. On the way back there was this one big left hander coming out of the tunnel just south of Solvang... It's an uphill left on an ocean bluff. Empty road at dusk, leading the pack leaned over at about 90-95, exhaust noise bouncing off the the concrete divider, coming up over the crest with view of the ocean, moon is rising... ocean is still, sky is blue on the bottom and with a pink haze on top and that big fat moon right above it. And that corner just keeps on going and going... It was unreal, felt like riding into one of those cheesy Sega backgrounds from old race games in the 90's... suspended in time... friggin AWESOME!

Looks awesome!!
Yeah, it took me about a year before I could fully bend my knee after a crash 10 years ago. I thought it would be messed up permanently, slowly but surely, my knee felt just about normal after 2 years or so, even though the Doc said it never would.

Thanks guys. Yeah the leg is coming along, went for another ride this weekend. Still bugs me when transferring side to side or standing up on pegs for a dip in the road, but it's getting there...
Here's another picture showing a bit more of the exhaust. Got a "new" digital camera about a month back and am really happy with the images it takes. Been playing with Bridge and Photoshop![B) B)](/media/kunena/emoticons/1.png)

Very nice indeed! I love the attention to details, like the motor mounts, it all adds up to a sweet package. Ed
