Holy shit! I didn't know you were going to make it into a museum piece! Very nice job! If that was my bike I'd have to find a way to park it in the living room as artwork!

Haha thanks Lou, but no museum pieces for me, I'm gonna ride it! Thanks again for your help, it works like a charm.

Mark, Rob thanks!

And it goes too! I've yet to take it out in the mountains but the handling has completely transformed. It tips in without effort and actually holds the line now without over steer.

As for my weight loss goal (the bike, not me, see first post), I put her on the scales last weekend. A stock Z1 weighs 512lbs dry (no battery, oil or gas).

Anyone wanna guess the weight? Oil / battery yes, no fuel.

WOW. I'm super stoked on what you did to that Zed man. Thats really quality work and it shows. Not one part looks like it doesn't belong. Really nice!
I'm guessing 370 on the weight.

370? I wish. Can't get there with this motor and a steel frame. I'll give you guys a hint. Rolling, bare chassis with wheels and the motor stuck in comes in at 366lbs.
