Yes, I made them a few years ago. I turned an allen head bolt down to slip fit into the spool I machined, then welded them together. Came out pretty cool in nickel.

does someone have a program that they could extract the pipes dimension, from this pic?

No program but I think you can safely assume the headers are close to 1.5", looking at the collector it's not much bigger, I'd say 2"-2.25" maybe.

Look at the V&H collectors. Also the old Lazer pipes. Murray made some small collector headers as well.

Thanks Leon, I don't think I've ever been called that before
Mark,
Having a reducer right where the primaries merge makes sense, this would keep gas velocity up. The 3" outside pipe is just for looks then and slip fits onto the 3" tail pipe, I suppose. So I could see that as an attempt to boost mid range. A better design would be if there was a tapered transition to the 3" tailpipe from the collector, rather than the (effectively) small collector dumping into a 1" bigger tailpipe.
Is the hole I am seeing inside the collector the end of a primary or is there some kind of baffle plate inside the collector?

I got the Kosman superbike rotors blanchard ground this week. The PO had unfortunately let his race bike sit with the pads on, these trapped some moisture and pitted the cast iron. There is still some pitting left but the rotors should be good enough to run. They cleaned up much better than I thought they would and they only took off .005" a side.
I've got some new NAS bolts and jet nuts, just waiting for the carriers now!

It sounds like u may be right on the money at 2".
Your rotors look killer .
