Did you cap the vacuum port that went to the petcock? TexasKZ mentioned vacuum capped vents open

No mine runs on gravity now, the petcock that came on the bike was vacuum operated but it hit the carb so that’s why I had to make the other, my sync ports are capped there on the bottom of the boot.

The vacuum port that used to be connected to the petcock must be capped.

The old carbs connect to it on the number 2 carb the other 3 where capped unless I was syncing them, those were cv 34s if I’m saying that right the ones on a 86 police issue. So these only have 3 vent bowl spouts correct unless I’m missing something, but anyway those three are capped as of now I can see on in the early pic.

I just looked at the picture I posted on the stand, so I got 3 caps as of now one in between 1-2 and one on the left side of 3 and one in between 3-4. So is the one on the left of 3 for the petcock vacuum and the other two for the bowl vents?

There should be 2 or 4 bowl vents, and four vacuum ports.

Well there is a piece of rubber hose connecting 1-2 and 3-4 and a spout that I got plugged that might be the bowl vents and the one on the left of number 3 is for a petcock so maybe I should left that one and uncap the other 2

The circled ports are vents. Looks like you have a miss matched carb rack. You have a vent on number 3 carb. I don’t think that’s correct.

Here is the diagram for the 1979-80 KZ1000 A3

[Edited to correct a dumbass attack]
You can see bowl overflow tubes from the bottom of each bowl, two vent hoses ( see vent transfer tubes), one vacuum hose for the old petcock. I forgot that the synchronizing ports were on the manifolds.
