I slid them on the bit and rotated them back and forth, then flipped them over and did the same.
Now all four are the same it's gonna work, see each time you drill a set you learn something new.
You get better, stronger, faster, harder. And more precise. If anyones thinking my 145 is too rich well see if they can tell me which one? :woohoo:
I'm gonna win again and nobody can understand how he does it :silly:
Go with the flow,

Otakar kicks the leather bag outside his sod hut,
No mail again today,
Inside the hut he desperatly hammers out another message on the telegraph to the nasa base headquarters, Where are my jets?
Nads wakes up on the edge of the forest, dreaming of cordless drills and truckloads of brass, he has a warm glow in his stomach knowing the bike in front of him is going give him thrills all day long, with the new drilled jets he installed.
It's a one size fits all world after all, he's the big dog today, like everyday.
Otak frustrates as the measured flow rates never are the same, :pinch: Thinking of nads and how he manages to cut every corner he has a sudden overwhelming feeling of    This just isin't funny anymore

Not a problem.... just synchronize each carburetor for the variance in jet sizes and adjust valve lash in similar fashion. If need be run the needles on different clip positions as well.
The reason you got different sizes was because you didn't purchase a bottle of special brass lube that's made specifically for drilling jets. You can't use Keihin lube in Mikuni Jets & vice / versa.
Shinola can be substituted for jet lube if you keep the drill RPM under 173.5 RPM. Anything over that will cause the jet to varnish as it's being drilled and defeat the purpose :woohoo:
Be all that as it may..... Let's not loose sight of this one simple fact. The single best tool to work on BS34's is still...... a 3 lb. hammer

I just bought an 81 ltd w/ those 34 carbs and the 122 is the stock main jet. I'm looking at installing the 127 main along w/ the adjustable needles that came with the standard J model 1000 of that same year. I just joined this forum and llok forward to alot of good reading.!!
Weird on KZ750-R1 (GPZ) 82 which come with Mikuni BS34 with #110 main jet stock !
Looks like same carb may have different stock configurations.

I would ever love to have your incredible senses thou, NADS. The ability to eyeball/feel thousands of an inch in differences between jets and declare them "same, PERFECT"! :woohoo:
It doesnt matter really, its your shit, go for it. Just please keep telling us how awsome it is, I love it!
PEACE.
Oh yeah, and PS. 145 is WAY too rich, so is 140...
Dont forget - all jet manufacturers use different specs that are not based on measurment - some flow rate, some just numbers... Your such a tool, I love it! :woohoo:
