Ed now damn it....

9am... ~ 3/4 quart.... Gravity pretty much drains the cooler....
Example: I top the oil off just above the lower oil port window lower line with the bike center balanced...
Warm the engine up and let it sit for awhile... recheck my oil level and now it's up towards the top line....
Truly, no different with or without cooler in the regards to new oil and filter during a change... Translation, I don't just go off 3.75 quarts of oil and good to go...
On a warmed up engine, I try to keep her at just above the low line to midway point in the window, no more... Too full and she blows out the breather port...
I use the coil mod connected to a fish tank pump.... It sucks the oil out of the engine case versus via the breather port...

And a single headlight would of course significantly enhance airflow. ![B) B)](/media/kunena/emoticons/1.png)
Hope this helps!

Excellent results in today's temp test....
Last year @ 92 degrees F = 251*F
This year @ 94.6 degrees F = 214.4
Sweet! Yeah baby....
Once it reaches triple digit temps 110-115, I'll accomplish one more time and post....

Just a little change to the mirrors....
Had some real bad bar buzzing going on, mirrors were useless.... So, checked all the engine mount torques and exhaust hardware all good... Snugged them up just the same....
Purchased a Bar Snake (solid rubber round stock) and that helped considerably... Not all mind you but enough on the hands....
While on my test ride, mirrors considerably better but once I grabbed the mirror, it cleared up... Ahhhh, mirrors (Biker Choice Junk) where crap...
Off to Cycle gear...
Plum turned me onto bar ends (anti vibration) and found a set of bar end mirrors that were weighted for anti vibration.... Some quick mods to existing grips and all good, rock solid no vibrations... GRIN!!!!
I wasn't sold at first on bar end mirrors but sure enough, seem to fit the theme just fine.... All is good....

OMR first off I would like to say my hats off to you man what a great build, very nice! Second I would like to know how the Acewell tach and speedo are working out for you. I dont like a lot of clutter and that setup looks like it is a perfect fit for the bike.

We have bar snakes here, but they have nothing to do with bikes!
Looking good in the sun. Try to stay cool! I'm sweating my ass off up here, I can't imagine what it like for you.

Absolutely LUV the ACEWELL unit....
Easy to install, accurate in comparing with Tach meter and other speedo (side by side comparisons), adjusted on the fly.... Plus 2 trip meters one of which I use as my Fuel gauge...
Very happy with the unit, highly recommend it...
