Plummen, you're a mean evil bastard you are... hahahahaha.
Yeah I know due to the heat and such but it just had to be done for it truly looked like crap. Probably end up painting it but for the time being... looks good now....

Getting there JohnLA... Still have some minor stuff I have to get back on the bike but once the heads are completed the progression will really take off....

In the mean time, still have the wiring harness, electrical terminations, light & tail light terminations, I need to re-build the front master cylinder for it still feels mushy, hunt down and paint a front fender etc...

Almost there... :woohoo:

your bike sure is looking good there omr.have you got any pictures of it with the front fender on yet?i am curious how it and the headlight are going to look together.
polish parts that are easy to access for upkeep, like big smooth covers:silly: .once you have that nicely polished valve cover on the bike trying to keep it clean in those nooks is gonna be like therapy for you ,i think:lol: .

I don't have the front fender yet.... most likely go with the ZX636 fender for that front end painted black, maybe the burnt orange.

Regarding the head light, I'm not so sure I'm stuck with it yet for I still have a bug for the dual conversion...

Regarding the valve cover, what did you guys do on your bikes, paint?

who is making those fairings they look great all i've ever seen were those aceribus ones that the streetfighter guys in europe are all using and i'm not a big fan of those. omr if you go to that twin headlight peiple will confuse your bike with a trumpet speed triple. i personally like the look of either the single headlight or that small bikini fairing like the one mark has found.

Just an update: Radii Tail Light LED power test...
Wiring figured out...

In case anyone goes with the Radii integrated L.E.D.tail light, they don't include the wiring diagram. No biggy, was a no brainer, here's the wiring configuration...

White: Main power for tail lights and license plate L.E.D.
Black: Ground

Red: Brake lights (front & rear switch
Blue: Left Turn Signal (referenced to black incoming ground)
Yellow: Right Turn Signal

OMR

As for the dual headlight, once I get all the other crap I need accomplished (front LED turn signals, digital speedometer/tachometer, electronic ignition, H4 lamp calculations and measurements) I most probably will go with the dual pending current consumptions (wattage).
