Thanks for the replies guys.... And Plummen, you kill me brother hahahahaha

Pistons, Wiseco 1015cc (70mm). New heavy duty cylinder studs where installed (bitch to get out), no problem with oil passages... All new Liska timing parts (gears, sprockets, chains rubber etc...)

BTW... Scuffed, adhesion promoter, etched primer and shot gloss back last night on the head light shell. Sweeeet! It's really going to look good with the chromed outer ring and base/neck bottom anchor chromed...

I'll supply images tonight...

Also, I changed the front brake distribution/front brake switch... Images tonight...

While waiting for my head light paint to cure (Gloss Black),
I decided to try out something... Not sure about it but it will prevent rocks from being flung into the electrical modules and battery...

Actually I think it looks like crap.... Rear tire hugger in the future...

Since your using a recent bikes swing arm a hugger should be available.

You mean the Radii integrated or under seat area?
If under seat, probably just some aluminum flat plate...

I put my lic plate right under the tail lt and found it would get hit by the tire occasionally. I also found that it wouldn’t stop dirt and mud from covering the tail lt. So I moved the lic. Plate down and back a bit. It helped but I think I may move it down some more.
This is with the tag under the lt.

Then I took my old fender and hacked it up. The idea was to have as little showing as possible. Then I mounted the plate to it. Its better but I think I will slide the plat down farther towards the end of the fender. This will act more as a mud guard. Providing it looks ok. If it’s ok I will look for another fender and see if I can’t do a neater job of it. I’m sure u could do a better job.

I bought a zx12 tail lt to try out next.
this is how it looks now.

I think your looks good. I'm just trying to point out the short comings of the tag up under the lt. I think it looks better up tight but it is more form than function, if u know what I mean.
By the way, how do u get muti pic in 1 post ,like u did above?

I take all my pictures in high resolutions. Then in MicroSoft Paint application, I stretch/skew to 12 x 12 then just paste all the images into one, jpeg image.

I believe the Radii tail light is shorter than yours in height so I should be all right. It also seems I have more clearance with the J link mono shock then the dual shocks. The license plate will attach directly under the license plate on the buffed plate, so I should end up with 6-8" of clearance to the tire.

Until I get this project completed and the bike registered, not much to do about it now, I'll look at it more carefully later on. Thanks for the tip...
