Great, I've got an old Yosh pipe in great shape that needs a quality coat. Thanks for the tip.

Just give them a call and let them know. To ship the pipe FedEx ground is about the cheapest and best. I also have a Yoshi series III pipe that I want them to do.

Well--I have procrastinated enough. I think it is time to mount the newly coated pipe and do my forks again. The bike is still under cover and it is already mid June. Shame-On-Me.

Well guys I finally ordered the parts I required for my front end. I bought a set of "Progressive Suspensions" front springs and just ordered a pair of "Race Tech" Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators. I hope they are wort it and I can get rid of some of the annoying Dive I have on the bike. Even with a set of inserted Valve springs over the top of the stock springs I can still bottom out the forks almost every time I hit the front brakes. I should have all the parts by Wednesday and hope to be riding by this weekend. I will take pictures of the front end build and post them. I will use the set of Police forks that I bought last year for this project and had the lowers powder coated. They are an inch shorter than the "J" forks I have on there now so should give me a bit better handling.

Anyone have any experience with these "Race Tech" Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators? How to set them up? How to tune them to the bike?

Sander set his bike up with them and really liked the end result. Fire him off a PM. [dutchz]

what my major worry is that there will be more pressure on the fork seals if they are set up too tight. I want to use them in conjunction with my new Progressive springs to get rid of some of this dive I have during breaking.

I have now had the dampers in all somer and I love them. It makes the front end a bit hard but the dive is all gone and the handeling is MUCH MUCH better. I would reccomend them to anyone who wants them, they are worth every penny.
