I think I have a temporary solution for the blinkers. I hope I can get everything going over the weekend.
I'd say, don't base anything about your welding skills or excitement on flux core wire... That stuff will make anyone hate their fond memories.
Once you get the tank of argon hooked up, you won't look back and your welds will go from "ack!" to "oh yeah!" in moments...

I pretty much picked up from where I left off, runs pretty strong on the road but bogs down and is choppy on the highway.The exhaust poppped a bit when the throttle is closed as well, I did drop the needles before i went out and it didn't seem to help much.
I headed home and opened up the pilot screws a half turn and put the needles at their highest. It seems to have improved a bit but it still is a bit lack luster in top gear and WOT. I also noticed that that it isn't as jumpy on the road when i give the throttle a quick twist. I don't think I'm losing any power it just seems to ease to the acceleration instead of lurch into it. I'm not sure about the main jets. I'm leaning toward going bigger and if I do how much. I'm at 115 right now, I think going up to as much as Tyrell Corp has might be a bit much for this altitude... But am going to end up with a bigger mid pipe and muffler.
Here's a shot of her in the driveway after my last run. The handlebars are nice. I just need to lift them slightly for best position.

Honestly, I don't recall. I either replaced them when I bought the bike or they looked newer when I pulled them to do my compression check. Probably less than 5k regardless.swest wrote: How old is that plug?

#1 plug felt slightly loose and #2 lead MIGHT not have been set solidly. I might have enough time to go on another quick run after dinner before it gets too cold.swest wrote: That's good. I like the color. Check your lead ends.

Do you have pods on your bike? I'm just trying to decide what size jets to get. I'm just running the standard airbox and filter but have the 4-1 and Kerker and soon to be bigger muzzy.
