So now back to the 29mm.....
Took apart and manage to remove 3 jets that were half broken ( top slot )

Bout a Harber Frieght ultrasonic cleaner. Work purty good..use half and half water/simple green 10min each side

Now for those that have rebuild the 29mm smoothbores...Do you have the part # for O-Rings
And also will need 4 of this gaskets

Try checking the resistance of your spark plug boots, I had a similar problem with a lower temp on 2 cylinders, I had a weak spark on the same plugs, I checked the resistance and found they did not even ohm out. I replaced all the boots and plugs and everything is fine.

So z1E is out of the parts I did for the 29mm. Walk in to Ace Hardware and found all the O-Ring I needed.
Choke Plunger , Air Jet and Bowls O-ring
Here's a pic and # and dimensions of each O-Ring

I will be making my own gaskets . Pics on that later.
Also having a hard time seeing the # on the Pilot System jet thinks it's say #6.

The carb guide at Z1E shows:

Pilot Jet 17.5 or 20.0 (or 25 in the later versions)

That was a air bleed jet. Shouldn't be bad if clean. Try your local MC dealer or jetsrus on line.
