Valve guide size

well guys i ordered a new valve seat from APE. Im gonna start there have it installed and cut to my new valve. wish me luck. by the way I bought 2 seats just in case one gets hosed up. I am having a new machinist do the work.

Well guys i have had no luck. The replacement seats I ordered from kzzone are too small. They fall right in. The next size bigger is going to be too large. I'm finished. Any ideas on selling this bike as a parts bike. Its beautiful for an old bike. Newly covered seat, New sprockets and chain, brand new set of rings on the pistons waiting to be put back together, The cylinders are honed and ready. I'm not spending the time or money to send this head off to be repaired. Any comments would be appreciated!

Find a used head.

A used head that may need as much work as the one I have. I've put enough money into this bike. Just looking for suggestions
