Are you trying it direct? Might be too large. You may have to go a third party like you tube, drop box etc.

Update...
Ok so the sputtering was because the air filter had a sponge like screen thing for a filter. The bike runs good smoking is almost completely gone. It has a small back fire to the cylinder that was smoking to begin with. When I disassembeles the motor the alignment marks were pointing at each other according to the manual the intake should be pointing to the rear and then count 32 pins and align the arrow for the exhaust can to that. I went with the manual and now it's doing this popping back fire thing. I also lapped the valves. And ideas?

So when I found this problem out there was a lot of oil in the exhaust. I did not clean it out which I should have. I have let the bike run a few times now and it seems like all the oil in the exhaust is almost gone I belive that is the smoke. I ran it again today and there is little to no oil comming out now just that little bit of a popping backfire

Does it have air injection ports? Syncing the 550, it popped like that when I revved it. I forgot to connect one vacuum line to the injector valve, the popping was still there, just not as bad. That's when I noticed the open port. Connected the line and it went away.

There is a rubber hose at the intake between the carbs and cylinder head. It doesn't pop that bad just slightly. I'll try and upload another video to show you if possible.
