im no expert but i see this as a very good mapping. i like where the boost comes in because ill have plenty of room to grow in cc's without changing alot and its still very usable. lmk whats going on and we can work something out for that turbo.

Lush,
I keep you informed. If it doesn't sell by Monday, you and I will do some swapping for those VM28's.

While Im waiting for a yellow frame to show up at my door I finished making a few of the gussets for it today .
I didn't have the swing arm pivot braces or the down tube that go in front of motor in the pictures, but you get the idea

so the basic principal of the turbocharger is to get more air and fuel into an engine. wouldn't it be better if they would have made the bigger engines with larger carburetors? example- 36mm carbs for a gpz750 and 26mm carbs for a 1000?

10 Feb 2013 00:47That would be the difference between consentual horsepower and force fed horsepower,a motor will only draw in so much air/fuel without a little assistancedonthaveakawman wrote: so the basic principal of the turbocharger is to get more air and fuel into an engine. wouldn't it be better if they would have made the bigger engines with larger carburetors? example- 36mm carbs for a gpz750 and 26mm carbs for a 1000?
