depends on how crafty you are and what you already have done, im not sure on the gpz 750 motors

Sorry I missed this within the paragraph! I think your combo appears to good for power, but the main thing is collector turbulence is one watch out. Having equal length runner that collect at one point right at the collector. As far as runner diameter, it will depend on what you find in testing, but I would start out with a header diameter of at least 80% of exhaust port outlet diameter. I figure you are going to mount it right behind the front tire, and due to the short length of that header design, exhaust gas velocity will easily maintained, so I would not worry about going to tubing ID that matched port outlet diameter. Maintaining exhaust gas velocity via reducing header ID would not be a problem with this configuration.

I went ahead and mapped out your breathing lines on the HX25 compressor I have and came up with a better match than anticipated. It is a little big like we figured, but you start getting into the boost prior to 3000 RPM.
