not bad...but you are gonna be hard pressed to get that motor back together and running without super close attention to detail and following the directions super close....half these guys that claim to have "rebuilt" there bikes,never get em running right again....some dude in bodunk Ca with a shop manual is not gonna build a better engine than a japanese dude did in the 70's imo...those folks built some tough bikes...i never tear into em...unless i ahve to and only as far as needed....i stick to my purpose..to ride em....

i do not wanna become a factory qualified kawasaki mechanic.....you dont have to know how to build an airplane to fly...just buy a ticket

see the head studs and whats left of the gasket? dirt and dry gasket pieces fell in there when i ban pulling off the jug. i dont want that crap in the motor. and who knows, maybe ill appreciate my engine more when i finish....and trust me i will finish. when?.....when i finish....

No Problem, just do it slow, don't loose anything.

I did this 6 years ago, it took me less than an hour!!!

It has been 6 years and counting going back together!

why 6 years? if it takes me 2 years ill be happy. and thats including a lot more than getting the engine back together.....:blink:
