cant say i've seen that 1 before? what bike is it on?
76 KZ, frame gusset work,1200CC.Ported by Larry Cavanaugh, 1.5mm.over intakes, Carron Pipe, ZRX12 rear end, and seat,96zx9 front end.

It's likely a Mac. The only aftermarket 550 exhaust I've seen was made by Mac. Looks like someone added a reverse cone exhaust tip though.

sorry I did not mean to hijack thread....


down tube spacing outside to outside is 12.75...
1 to 2 and 3 to 4 is 3 3/8 ctr to ctr..
2 to 3 is about 5" ctc.
os size tube is 1.5
collector size is 3" I think this is for
kz650-750,, but meg section is huge,
and would fit for large bore cc.
any info would help.ty.steve

one on the left on the orange zed is a yosh. one on the right is a wolf. i also have a denco sidewinder somewhere in the attic that i should drag down and take a pic.

Pipe diameters? Looks like the baffle in your Yosh is smaller than mine.

Yep, they look the same! I have the tag which is identical to yours in my toolbox, waiting to go back on after I get the collector coated. What are your pipe diameters? They do NOT look the same as MAC to me.

Hi, new pic of end of meg, on my yoshi. down pipes seem to fit kz650/750?
as seen in previous post. but collector exits with a 3" id into the 1 piece mid pipe.

It looks like a Yosh Series II - though, it should be in 2 pieces, the header and the muffler.
