KZ900: Value of this bike

I am new to the KZ scene and would like some opinions on this bike specifically.
1) What do you consider a fair market value for this bike in it's current condition?
2) What would this bike be worth restored close to original condition including correct paint?
3) Do you see anything that stands out as this not being a good candidate to restore?

but that one appears crooked to me --- downloaded the pic, enlarged & rotated for a better view.
Be sure to find out what's required to title the bike. In some states it might be a big pain & past due registration fees may be owed.

I don't think the stamp is crooked, it's the weld below it on the added bracing
