Ok this may be a little long winded.

I went to the Screen printer/Graphics Company today to get a Quote on our flag totally unprepared as usual I ask the Guy about a small flag he comes right out and says "we Dont Make flags" Anyway after talking with him for a while he threw out numbers like 200.00 bucks and we discussed different ways to do it with no real quote.

I went to my guy at the truck shop and went in to talk to him. he has a thick cloth that his sign printer will will print full color. They print Banners and companty truck wraps and what not.

He suggesated 18"x24" one sided it's a little thick to have quilted but I think would work well.

He will do the set up and printing for free the material and sewing the edges will be about 20.00 to 30.00 bucks

We played with the graphic a little it gets a little pixalated at that size so if the site owner or administrater could email me a higher resolution logo it would look a little better

Also he will do rider participation stickers with the logo and slogan for the cost of the vinyl (laminated vinyl will last alot longer)aproximately 100 for 10 to 15 bucks depending. 50.00 will probably get it all

what slogan do we want "North American Relay Ride 2012" or North "American Relay Ride 2012/2013" or any suggestions or comments?

or would we rather go with a screan printed nylon material for a little more money?

If it sounds too cheap My daughter is the office manager and my exwife and current husband own the place (6 locations)so I get a discount lol

That sounds great do we need donations I think this is one of the coolest things I have ever done and with good planing could turn out real nice.

working on them donating it for the cause but I want to get all the details ironed out before I commit to it lol

Slogan? How about "KZR Lets The Good Times Roll, Baby!!! 2012 Relay". Or somethings like that.

I like "let the good times roll" like from the old Kaw ads.

I'd leave off the year. I've got a feeling this may turn into a multi year project. If we ever do it again we can date those flags to separate them.

Ramtough, as for which flag option to choose, go with the one you think is going to look the best. Even it comes out to $300+ with stickers and everything I'm sure we can come up with it among the riders.

Since my swingarm is on hold I and I'm off the rest of the week I will have him Layout a few Designs and post them this week. (if he will) I forget he actually is working some days lol

LOL I was thinkin the same thing. My guy was too busy for free work when I went by there I threw another project in front of em I want some of those chrome edged Kawasaki emblem looking decals lol I will keep you posted on the flag

Just a liitle poke in here...

If someone could add me to the map plez - Consider me Niagara Falls NY. I'm jsut 10 min away on the Canadian side - have my passport and all.

Also - I do know that whatever flag you do decide to go with - make sure its a constant high wind tollerant product/type flag, as most regular/cheap materials will dissintegrate within much less miles at highway speed that one would think.
