Hey Guy, everything looks very clean and tidy, you're obviously a very good electrician!
Thanks Joe, electrics for me are like machining for you (it's how I paid my mortgage for many years)

Extraordinary electrical work!  Best I've seen on a custom bike!
Thanks Ed, given how much I have to say about electrics I thought I best "pull out the stops" and not "half ass" it :)

Wow, that looks absolutely fantastic Guy. Looks better than factory.
Have you made any progress on the engine yet or have you been tied up with the electrics?
If you need any help just shout. Always happy to come over to you.
You are welcome anytime buddy. Not started the motor yet (I don't like to just pile in and pull everything apart at the same time, that's how things go wrong !!) I think finishing up the bodywork and paint will be next - it was my plan to do that last but, the way the weather is changing if I'm not careful it will be "too cold" to paint soon without the risk of "blooming"

Hey Guy,

On the connectors without a wire installed, do you use a dummy plug to block water entry?  That was a requirement in the aerospace industry that I used to work in.  Without a plug, water can enter through holes in the rubber sealing grommets inside the connectors.

Good spot Ed, yes I will - there is only the one 4 pin that will be empty (one is for the fuel level sensor in the tank and the ones on the side are for the engine wiring (once I have an engine in it  ) will need to find something for the few spare locations in the plugs I am using

In aerospace, plugs like these are used.  Sometimes, depending on the connector, the plug is installed from the backside.

I bet a titanium megaphone system would look mighty fine on this build.

If somebody at Harris is bothered by having the company name on that exhaust system, they should be taken out back and slapped severely.
I doubt seriously if the company ever produced something that nice.
It's a nice looking piece Texas but the exhaust train has left the station. I will stick with what I have for 1/10th of the price :)
