You are more then Welcome Wookie!! Farting around, since you mentioned TI. I pulled a bunch of hardware off a donor Triumph Speed Triple waaay long time ago. Kept them for whatever reason?? But they "might" be TI too? Not magnetic whatsoever! SS usually has a hint of magnetism, these don't. Mod stuff isn't my bag, those miniscule grams loss here and there are not in the picture. Always thought TI came with that iridescent rainbow of colors? See i know Nothing, still learning..

A few more jobs crossed off the list (it may appear a strange order that I do things in but my process is to start at one end and work through
) All the engine mounting hardware was really rough so I have made new bolts from stainless rod with flanged nuts welded on one end (first time welding stainless) the spreaders for the rubbers are stainless tube and the rest of the parts are alloy. I decided to integrate a ground point in one of the rear spacers to tidy the wiring and also I think the factory engine ground point is marginal at best. Have also got the horn mounted so "onwards"

Question: What do you do if your wife is away for a couple of weeks visiting her mother in Germany ?
Answer: Order 95% of the parts you need for your motor without the "yes it's expensive but what choice do I have?" conversation

Or if your wife's home you can have them all shipped to your buddy's house. As long as your wives aren't good friends, haha

It's been a little while since my last update, I have however been busy and have now passed another significant milestone, "The Electrical is IN"
If anybody says "you can't fit 10lbs of s**t in a 5lb bag" you can tell them Wookie calls BS
Front coupling station has all the connectors normally in the headlight etc, I also made a cover for underneath it to tidy up and protect the loom
Everything sits nicely in the scallops I put in the frame, where the loom runs over the coils I have used rubber caps on the riv-nuts for the coil mounts so the wiring doesn't chaff. I have also used "shielding on the looms where they run over the coils so that hopefully the EMF from the coils doesn't cause "instrument or LED flicker"
Everything except the "igniter" "R/R" and starter solenoid are in these boxes under the seat.
The plugs for the engine wiring sit behind the side panels (stator, speed sensor, oil pressure and neutral, pick-up coils and Lambda probe)
Back end is wrapped up including my "tool bag holder" (just need my daughter to make a custom tool bag now
)
All grounds come to this point on the engine spacer
Really happy how the splash panels have come out now they are painted
So just a motor to build, carbs to re-build and a "paint job" and she will be done (it's been a journey)

Hey Guy, everything looks very clean and tidy, you're obviously a very good electrician!
