I started these a while back, the left two are slight polish.the upper right is nylon bristle wheel cleaned, and the other is rough.I love those nylon wheels.

HaHAHa, ya got me laughing out loud on that one!  Carbs are degreased again, innards and exterior vapor blasted and all orifices blew out, then 5 min flush and blow out again.I have most the carb parts ready for final hand polish (or paint) and final assembly tomorrow. I always find more imperfections, so I always get everything really good then re blast before final buff. and hopefully engine is in frame by end of tomorrow.

You're telling me that top right was cleaned up with nothing more than a nylon wheel? *Frantically searches the princess auto website*

Whoops, you are correct the bottom left is the nylon wheel, and top two are the polish. If you look close you can see the satin sheen from the nylon wheel.

Any nylon wheels available for a Dermel. That could make an older set of cases look great, without pulling the engine
