Any thought of working in the tire pattern into the paint scheme?

Thank you for the positive vibes. I Love the tread pattern as well, but I wanted to do freehand style without a crisp pattern.I purchased HOK Kandy concentrates and used about 50 drips of spanish gold for an ounce of clear.about two drips of cherry added to ounce of spanish gold already mixed for the orange. The Brandywine concentrate is about two ounces for twelve ounces of clear.I plan on another brandywine coat, black touchups, then gold leaf and top clear OOOOH YEAHH !

Once that is sanded and buffed, you are going to have to wear really dark shades to look at that paint!!!

Ha Ha ... I got shades man. I was going for all in ,over the top and ...... well....... I decided to do huge chunks of gold leaf thrown down over some areas of the brandywine. Also another brandywine coat was laid before the clear/flake. I started to knockdown the gold leaf chunks ,before I lay some gold leaf lines to tie it all together then airbrush touchup all of it then final clear.

Alright I got the rest of the gold leaf on and will touchup/final topcoat tomorrow night.I got some SHARKHIDE metal protectant and a Cometic bottom end gasket kit and a fresh rebore set of jug/pistons/rings on the way,as the machinist informed me old ones were out of round and 72+mm. Im gonna start asking LOTS of questions soon on the engine board I bet.

Once this piece of art is complete your gonna need more than a upwards pointed screw as a security device. Add the polished engine cases to this paint and were all gonna need sun glasses.
