1980 KZ1000 LTD-B4(MK II engine) - Progressive suspension, MTC pistons, Dynojet Stage III, all wear items replaced, WFO paint scheme(1978), etc..

Its a Semi Gloss BBQ paint. I know I'll have chipping issues with it so I wouldn't suggest using it for that reason. Also part of the reason I didn't do the whole engine. I can easily hit up small spots on small parts so I'm not too worried.

I just did a set and I left mine with about 3/8" thread showing like they were when I started on them.
I want to say I seen in my book that it supposed to have like 10 mm of thread showing which would be right there with the 3/8" I have on mine. I will look in my manual when I get home today.

The threads were a little buggered but a quick dying of the threads and checking with a caliper. The caliper looks a little short but I re adjusted the brass nut to be set back to 5.7mm after the picture
