Mark,
They are a generic set of billet aluminum for the 43mm diameter forks. Just search EBay as they have tons of them. If you good to Woodcraft Engineering, they have a large x-reference chart for bike and fork diameters.

Just a quickie....
Finished my bracket and had a guy in the lab TIG it up for me since I don't have access. So I think it looks good....will be loud as hell though....
Just waiting on the blasting place to get done with my new header (Thanks Brian) and then the final fabrication session can begin....

Yeah the factory and the tech center have come in handy for me.... I know a few of the guys in the prototype lab and bribe them with food to get government jobs done when I can't. I try and do everythign myself, but sometimes just isn't feesible.

OK, so I got to work on the bike more this weekend, but unfortunately the welder was down, so no real fun progress....
Started by taking my new Dime City Cycles turnsignals and tinting the clear lens to make thm match my smoked tail light. Unfortunately, I was using a new dye that I was unfamilar with that worked a lot faster than my old dye. They got significantly darker than my tail light, but still look pretty good I think.
Clear Lens. they didn't offer them in Smoked....
Comparsion
So then I had traded out my old black fork brace for a polished version that I polished a little more...looks much better I think.
I temp, mounted my turnsignals and I like how it is coming together....
Then I started playing with the exhaust. The header fit nicely, and so I started chopping up sections of pipe and looking at muffler fitment.
This is what I came up with so far....
Looks better from this angle...
Here it is from the back.
So I don't know if I like the side view. I might change it and put the pipe up higher, tucked tighter to the peg. The two things that bother me are the "air gap" between the mid pipe and where the swing meets the frame. Secondly, that looks like a long, straight section even though it is only like 6 inches... Do you think it looks bad? I will play with it again this weekend. I got my quote for ceramic coating so once the exhuast is finished, will drop it off for coating.

it needs shortend up about two inches from my point of view 700 miles away :silly:.
that way it will bring it in tighter to the peg.
lookin good tho man,you gotta creep up on it.
when you are the design and fab guy sometimes it gets a little hard to pick the trees outta the forest  .
keep us posted,
