Man you do work fast.. Last time I checked you where just buying rear-sets and now they are already mounted. Where did you get the material to weld threaded bosses to the frame to mount your pegs? I hear you on recovery time getting older. Really knocks the wind out of your sails the next day.

Rural King is where i got them I was worried about them being strong enough but I have beat the piss out of em with a hammer and the dont move I may add a small gusset but i am pretty confident they will hold and not break

Thanks man It's fuel line I bought from Z1E when I first put it together I am assuming its the same stuff. After reading up on it and a failed attempt to procure Tygon tubing in the right diameter locally I realized that the stuff they have was the same as what I had leftover lol Hope it works

maybe u could just email z1e and verify that is good for this app. i tried clear fuel line before and the fuel made it go brittle and useless in 2 years. Obviously the stuff I bought was not correct for the app. So I bought the black rubber and its been fine since.
so we just have to make sure to use the proper type of hose for each application.
The Tygon is supposed to be good for brake fluid, so I will give it a go.

Yeah so true I think I will email em and double check but I know it has held up great against the gas

Today was not a good day I have one weld left to make and Febuary finished date is next weekend
so I am gonna make the last weld and if I dont get it ridable atleast the welding is done

Wrong! I get there today and the garage has been cleaned to a pin and the welder taken back. I was heart broke I mean litterally heart broke

Trying to stay greatful for the use of the welder and garage I am in a bit of a jam.
So as the saga goes another deadline missed

The good news is now I can slow down a little I guess, and work on the finishing touches and my seat

I still have my painted tank to repair and alot of things to finish up before riding season but
until I ride it I may be just doing busy work.

I got some really good pic's today but left my camera at the garage. I have a feeling I will be working this week anyway but damn I was close.

maybe I can get the seat done and my leak fixed oh yeah and my frren bolt removed and a neutral switch put back in it

I know your a ways away but if your up for a trip I'll give you my shop and me for a day next weekend. Think it over.

Thanks Les That is a hell of an offer. I will definately run it past the better half but its grandbaby birthday weekend so I would probably lose.

I'm about 45min north of terra haute and it doesn't have to be this weekend, I just need about a weeks notice. I could use the change of pace.
