Thrown together to ride til winter

I seriously need a wiring harness, or to atleast make one. I spent most of
the day cleaning rats nest. The wired is so old and brittle most of the insulation
is cracked I used 20 feet of heat shrink lol.

I mounted the junction box and fixed some of the broken wires got my fuse panel
usable have to re-engineer one of the mounting tabs so I can put a screw in it
It fits tight just wedged in there

Cut nearly 2 feet out of the previous wiring additions soldered and wrapped all
the junctions and joints, put the battery in it and everything worked NO SMOKE.



waiting on front sprocket ordered should be here friday ordered a 520 chain, and a
chain gaurd not sure if i will use it.

trying to find a steal on rearsets but as of yet still scouring ebay

I am really excited gonna spend the day tomorrow disassembling everything
and start cleaning, and replishing a few things I scratched.
I get in too big a hurry as my dad used to say.

really cant wait to get it pulling on its own. It's supposed to get cold here next couple weeks you know if there is a foot of snow on the ground the day I get it I will ride it! LOL

I love this tire not much for snow riding

That rear rim looks cool if you can see it.

LOL yaeh I'm not sold on it. it's Superman S's randomly placed I need to clean it up to see if its gonna stay that way or get the rattle can out lol

Cool looking bike. Have you planned out the pegs and rear brakes mounts? Im still working on that and interested in seeing what you do.

Trying to find a set of zx6 rearsets in my budget but no I am in your boat. will figure it out when I get them

I will post pic's when I do I have been told my daughter she needs the garage free by feb 5th so i need to get er done, and it's a barrowed welder, so when my son inlaw takes it back i will be screwed

i am glad that you polished that swingarm,it was worth it for the bling factor .

Ive got a set ( zx6 ) left over from mine if you are intrested, missing one of the foot pegs and a pad on the other peg.

I am way too excited. I am getting mad when parts arent arriving within 2 days I think I need to scale it back a little lol

yeah it sita exactly how I hoped it woul;d I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to check it out daily

Well back to the polishing wheel this weekend I scratched the F*#@ out of it while fitting it.

All in All i am super motivated I would take off all next week just to tinker I I could.
