Same here - not ready for a swingarm for the race project at this point, but I will want one down the road and rules dictate tube steel for construction (unless I can find a CalFab arm from the 70's for reasonable...)

Need to float the brake caliper, it wants to rotate around with the eccentrics when you adjust the chain.

Uh oh! Leon's got some competition in the swingarm market. :P

That thing looks killer. I might need something similar for a future project.

I love the eccentric adjusters. I guess you could say I'm an eccentric kinda guy. :silly: :side:

Thanks for the compliments guys! With a 20mm axle I have an 1-1/2" of adjustment. Had to float the caliper, with the axle tight I couldn't adjust the chain. I'm a little ashamed of my welding, when I get sick or run down I shake a little and it make tedious welding a little hard to do. I don't usually do round chromemoly tubing, mostly 1" X 1-1/2" box tubing but this stuff is hard to bend due to predicting over bend to get what you want. Pretty rewarding seeing it on the bike, got most everything out of it I wanted. As soon as it goes leaves for the powder coater I'm starting on a monoshock arm for the Z1R.

you know that someone is a truely bada$$ed welder when they want to appologize for welds like these :woohoo: .

i feel your pain on the round tube issues :pinch: .

but hey if it was easy everybody and their kid sister would be building sicka$$ roundtube eccentric adjusted chromo swingarms for kz's.

a swing and a ding!

you knocked it outta the park les.

can't wait to see the next one.
