Little bike progress but I have managed getting some things ready to go to chrome. The dyno cover, valve cover, lockup clutch cover, points cover and base going out Monday. Looks like I'm going to have to clear all the house pictures off the camera and get snapping some new ones.

glad your back at it read your entire post today had read parts of it before. I am wanting to do the same front end swap for my 78 Have fantasies about a turbo but Will have to wait for a while on that keep the pics coming

Working on a swingarm idea we came up with, here are the axle adjusters ready to be incorporated into the other slick ideas.

Building 6 complete arms to get a feel for time frames and what kind of demand there may be for them. Using a 20mm axle I'm able to get 1.5" of axle adjustment, should be plenty. Nice thing is I can still build to any length or wheel combo.

Hoping to have the first one off the jig this evening. I'll post pics as soon as I'm done.

Well, here is the first one still on the jig. These things are a bear to build. All tubes fitted up with no gaps exactly where I wanted them took some time. I'm happy with it, just have more bracing to do. The pics show it upside down from what it's intended to be.
