I dont know how I missed this thread, but I'll be following from now on. Great work Les, can't wait to see it all come together. I will be starting a turbo KZ650 build in the next year, so this will be all good info for me I'm sure.

Where I have the straps now it's a little soft, up 1 hole and it's pretty stiff. I need to make another sample link to compromise the 2.

Yeah, that'll work! Very nice!

What is your wheelbase now? How much stretch in the swingarm?

Thanks leon and no, I'm just buying the gaskets and making the flanges I need, good catch.:P I need to order the tubing to go around to the turbo and the dump tubing. Sending all the exhaust out to jethot for coating. Should make for some nice eye candy.
testarossa, the wheelbase is 62-64 and the arm is 4 over with 2" of adjustment. I'll know more when on the road and tested but it looks like I may be able to go down to 3" over which is where a ZX6 arm is on length. Looking like I might be able to come in at around 400 for the kit minus the shock. I believe it's going to be a nice alternative to using donor arms and having to modify them and having to do a lot of work to the bike itself. Time will tell.B)
