I don't have any left but can buzz up a set next week sometime, I always save the programs, the lowers were 52mm and the uppers were 50mm.

testarossa, The biggest pain for me is the flipping golfcarts and boats. As for the moly clone, time will tell. The body work still has to be painted. The paint looks pretty good now but not good enough for me.

Pulse down, breathing back, dang near lost this thing off the lift. Moving straps to get better access to work on the header and just about lost it:ohmy:
Here's a couple pics of the jig I made and the mock up with no welding done, just fitting to make sure each one will clear.

Before I done anything else I called and ordered a wheel vise and lift to mount on the lift itself to raise the center of the bike. Friggin cheap to what could have happened.

I bet that got your ticker ticken. :woohoo:
Been there done that. mine hit the floor, split the points cover and bent the brake lever.
not bad considering what could have happened.
Glad to hear it is ok. :)

Woah baby! Glad you saved that one.

Judging from the direction that header is turning, I'm feeling pretty good about my black molly prediction. That sure looks like a turbo is fixing to come into play.

Testarossa, You nailed it. It's going to be a black molly clone. Got to thinking and I remember asking about molly stripes on here a long time ago. Was that the clue?

Honestly, now that you mention it, I remember you asking, but that's not what made me think it. It just seems natural to make a Z1-R into a Z1-R TC. When you said you would be tearing up the streets and you had a surprise I though turbo. Then I put two and two together and thought "Turbo, Z1-R, it's already black, just needs stripes." The header was the final nail in the coffin.

I've have the center 2 tubes fitted but the outside left is a bear, had to add more bend to a 180 tube. Here it is.
