bought my lines on bike bandit.go on the web site and look under generic brake parts. just need to measure the length you need and as I remember subtract 1.5 inch on end for fittings.I used a piece of small shrink tube to flex it to shape then just pull it out and measure it.prices were pretty reasonable.

Thanks to leon "531BlackBanshee", for making the rear spacers that fit like a glove, the rear is on for good.

Changed a few things, swaped to silver forks off a zx6rr and working on mounting a 6r tail light with integrated turn signals. This will be the final stance of the bike. Rear and front are done as far as mounting.

Larger side pics. I still dont know what Im going to do about the seat. I found out the foam I was given was from a gsx750 if anyone cared. I want something that hugs the seat pan more. Dont get me wrong this seat is super comfortable but just too thick. Maybe the same design cut down with some more dense foam? Leon, you want to sell anymore of those spacers? Im getting a lot of email about how to do this from other sites? I am totaly glad I gave up my 03 zx9r for this.
I might drop the rear chrome swingarm for an aluminum one with a zx10r rear wheel to match the front. Im going to ride it before this happens though.
Pod filters or stock airbox?
anyone have a turbo intake / exhaust they want to part with?

an airbox will be the easiest to tune your carbs, prolly.
have you looked at marnemans build thread?
he is using a zrx seat foam and cover.looks like it fits fairly good, with a little massaging.
i could build some more spacers.i would want a little more cash than what i charged you tho .that sleeve was time consuming  .i would be reasonable.
when is the first ride?

Yeah, I'll probably go with the airbox if I can get it to fit with a battery under there. I would like to go with an A123 setup but I think it would take 8 cells and not be as practical as a sealed battery.
The first ride checklist is:
Install battery
bleed brakes ( found my brake line at summit racing by the way 22 bucks braided stainless with banjo bolts )
mount throttle securely
clearance frame a little for the chain ( rubs slightly )
Had a little setback when the hood flew up on my mustang and crushed the front cowl. Im trying to get that road worthy at the moment. I would love to mount one of those zrx seats but I cant see myself cutting up a 100-150 seat, not that I am against that, I just wouldnt want to screw it up. Im going to see what I can do with the foam I have and build one from scratch * seems like the hardest part of this build.

Found! GPZ1100 motor. Well parts of anyway. Has ported head and wiseco 1172 piston kit with the cylinders allready board. One problem though, missing one of the pistons. The guy I bought it from said it will turn up. I hope it was at the machine shop or something. Well anyway, I've got new inspiration for the motor on this thing.

Found a great deal on LiFePo4 batteries, local to me also. They ship quick and have a great price
alienmotion.com/
I went with the [AM8-01] - 8 Cell LiFePO4 Starter Battery, Starts my bike but you cant keep grinding away on the starter ( wont keep cranking for long). Your bike has to start well to use the 8 cell. I have to use starting fluid on mine to get it started up the first time so that is part of the problem. A 12 cell would be perfect. They are a great company to deal with and said I could send it back if it wouldnt work and get credit toward the 12 cell.
